You need:
– 3 Bananas, frozen and ripe – for added minerals
– 2 cups of Almond Milk – for suppleness and hydration
– 1 tbs of smooth peanut butter – to keep you youthful and energised
– 1 tsp Spirulina, blue powder – powerful anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties
– 1 tsp desiccated coconut – healthy dose of essential vitamins and minerals.
Top it off with:
– Blueberries – an anti-oxidant superfood
– Banana slices
– Strawberries – anti oxidants, for immunity boost and radiance
